Welcome to Levity Yoga with Julien Andres

...and then I learned the spiritual journey had nothing to do with being nice. It was about being real, authentic. Having boundaries. Honoring my space first, others second. And in this space of self care being nice just happened. It flowed not motivated by fear, but by love.

About Julien

After a career in the restaurant industry, the passing of my father, and a crossroad in my marriage, I realized I needed a paradigm shift in my work and personal life. Yoga had always been a place for me to be in my body with my strength, my breath, and free from the critical perspective of my mind. Through the highs and lows of my human experience I always came back to my practice. Don’t get me wrong, I struggled on my mat too – but in a healthy way, in a way that cultivated change and growth. I truly believe that my adversities teach me how to feel, how to forgive, and how connect with others through our imperfections. In 2009, I chose to become a yoga teacher. It has been a road of empowerment for me, a way to relate to the world and still be authentic. I will always be a student in this game of Life–how wonderful it is to be a truth seeker.
